Our mission is to collaboratively build workplaces where people feel supported, valued and inspired to grow. We work with businesses and individuals to understand the importance of getting work done efficiently and effectively by developing thoughtful processes, improving team performance and sustainable practices. Helping businesses and people move forward with clarity and confidence.

Our approach is shaped by four values we live and work by: creating room to grow, staying curious, keeping it real, and building together. They guide how we show up for our clients and their teams.

Most businesses that are feeling they need more support, don’t struggle due to lack of effort. They struggle when their teams are overextended, systems and processes are disjointed, and leaders are firefighting instead of moving things forward.

“I know what it’s like to be deep in the day-to-day of a growing business. To feel stretched between people, processes, and big-picture goals. To wonder if things will ever run smoothly. That’s why I started Motion, to help businesses find clarity, create structure, and build workplaces where people actually enjoy working.”

I’ve always been drawn to helping people grow, whether that’s individuals, teams, or businesses. My journey has been anything but linear, and that’s exactly what makes me so driven and excited about the process of what we do.

 

My career started in health, fitness, and team engagement as a personal trainer, lecturer, and corporate wellness facilitator. I saw first-hand how much better people perform, think, and work when their well-being is prioritised. That’s where I first made the connection between business performance and workplace wellness.

From there, I moved into HR, Marketing, business development, and executive operations, helping teams:
  • Streamline projects, systems, processes and report structures.
  • Support leadership and key team members through development, growth and change.
  • Employee morale and engagement workshops, including burnout awareness and team wellness initiatives.
I launched Motion to help businesses create their own supportive and engaging environments, so that efficiencies are improved, the team work with purpose and feel empowered.
